摘要 食品行业近年来不断发展,处于转型升级期,高等学校食品专业本科生教育的重点转变为培养能够服务区域发展的具有应用研究和技术创新能力的高素质人才。通过研究适应食品产业转型升级的创新人才培养模式的改革目标和方法,提出"项目引领""创新竞赛吸引""企业深度参与"的创新人才培养模式,提升食品专业大学生服务地方食品企业转型升级的能力。 The food industry has been developing continuously in recent years,and the industry is in the period of transformation and upgrading.The focus of undergraduate education of food major in colleges and universities has been changed to cultivate high-quality talents capable of serving regional development in applied research and technological innovation.By studying the reform objectives and methods of innovative talent training mode adapted to the transformation and upgrading of food industry,this paper put forward the innovative talent training mode of project leading,innovation competition attracting,and enterprise deep participation,so as to improve the ability of food majors to serve the transformation and upgrading of local food enterprises.
