摘要
MADS-box基因在大多数被子植物的生长发育环节中发挥着重要的调控作用。MADS-box基因在其进化史上有一个共同祖先,通过基因的复制和重复以实现进化。典型的MIKC型MADS-box蛋白的结构域有4个区域,即MADS-box结构域(M)、Intervening结构域(I)、K-box结构域(K)和C-terminal区(C)。MADS-box基因重要的一项功能就是调控花器官的发育,被人为分为ABCDE5类,通过不同时间、空间上的特异性表达来实现对萼片、花瓣、雄蕊、心皮等器官发育的调控。
The plant MADS-box gene plays an important regulatory role in the growth and development of plants.The MADS-box gene has a common ancestor in the history of evolution,and it is repeated through the replication of genes to achieve evolution.The typical MIKC type MADS-box protein has four regions,namely the MADS-box domain(M),the Intervening domain(I),the K-box domain(K)and the C-terminal region(C).An important function of the MADS-box gene is to control the development of floral organs.It is divided into five categories of ABCDE,which regulate the development of organs such as sepals,petals,stamens,and carpels through specific expression in different time and space.
