摘要
目的分析放射平片与CT诊断脊椎骨折的临床意义。方法该次研究选择的脊椎骨折患者共计60例,来院治疗时间为2017年8月—2018年6月,在该次研究的60例患者中,分别采用放射平片以及CT诊断,分析上述CT和放射平片的诊断准确率、患者脊椎损伤的情况以及两种方式诊断骨折部位。结果采用CT诊断患者的准确率为96.67%明显高于放射平片83.33%(χ^2=5.9259,P<0.05),同时采用CT诊断的骨折评分(7.33±1.42)分明显高于放射平片(4.56±1.35)分(t=10.9509,P<0.05),而在前柱骨折例数中,CT和放射平片的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是中柱骨折以及后柱骨折例数,CT诊断明显多于放射平片(P<0.05)。结论CT诊断能清晰显示脊椎骨折患者的骨折线以及细小碎片,其诊断准确率明显高于放射平片,但是也会存在一定的漏诊情况,可能和患者骨折时,骨折片突入椎管有关,因此对于脊椎骨折的患者,应选择螺旋CT与放射平片联合诊断,才能有效降低临床漏诊率,为患者治疗提供准确数据。
Objective To analyze the clinical significance of radiographs and CT in the diagnosis of spinal fractures. Methods A total of 60 patients with spinal fractures admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to June 2018 were selected for this study. Radiographic and CT diagnosis were used to analyze the diagnostic accuracy of the above CT and radiographic tablets, the condition of the patient's spinal injury, and the diagnosis of the fracture site by two methods. Results The accuracy rate of patients diagnosed by CT was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than that of radiographic plain films 83.33%(χ^2=5.925 9,P<0.05). The fracture score (7.33±1.42)points diagnosed by CT was significantly higher than that of radiographic film (4.56±1.35)points(t=10.950 9, P<0.05), and there was no statistically significant difference between CT and radiographs in the number of anterior column fractures(P>0.05). However, the number of fractures in the middle column and the number of posterior column fractures was significantly higher than that of radiographs(P<0.05). Conclusion CT diagnosis can clearly show the fracture line and small fragments of patients with spinal fractures. The diagnostic accuracy is significantly higher than that of radiographs, but there may be some missed diagnosis. It may be related to the fracture of the fracture into the spinal canal. Therefore, for patients with spinal fractures, the combined diagnosis of spiral CT and radiographic film should be used to effectively reduce the rate of clinical missed diagnosis and provide accurate data for patient treatment.
