摘要
文章以汽车外覆盖件面品缺陷为研究对象,通过对暗坑、波浪、刚度不足、破裂等汽车外覆盖件面品主要缺陷的分析,从技术角度对模具的调试和优化方法进行了详细的介绍。希望通过以下研究能够更好地提高汽车外覆盖件的质量,为技术人员外覆盖件面品缺陷问题的有效解决提供更多的意见和建议。
This paper took the surface defects of automobile exterior covering parts as the research object,through the analysis of the main defects of the surface parts of automobile exterior covering parts,such as dark pits,waves,insufficient stiffness, and cracks,the debugging and optimization methods of molds were introduced in detail from the technical perspective. It is hoped that the following research can better improve the quality of automobile exterior covering parts,and provide more opinions and suggestions for the effective solution of defects in exterior covering parts of technicians.
