摘要
通过汽车外覆盖件工艺流程,分析了影响制件面品的主要变差源,并对变差源进行研究,得出了解决面品问题的重要控制方法以及预防措施,从而大大提升了外覆盖件的面品和制件的过程保证能力。
In this paper, the main causes of deviation for the surface quality of automobile outer panels were discussed. According to the analysis of the manufacturing process and the cause of deviation, control methods and prevention measures were proposed to improve the out panels＇ surface quality and optimize the producing process.
