摘要
为了解决继电器银基触点与铜弹片在模具铆接后产生的触点表面铜粉压伤,保证产品的接触电阻与电寿命等关键性指标,针对触点组件铆接工艺与模具特征,采用合理的模具结构与控制方法,取得了良好的效果,得到高质量的产品,满足了生产,同时获得了宝贵的经验数据。
In order to solve the surface copper particle after the silver touch spot with copper tape riveting,ensure key indicators of the contact resistance and electrical life,according to the characteristics of the contact component riveting technology and adopt the reasonable stamping process and tooling structure,achieved satisfactory effect and high quality products.
