摘要
分析了连接器端子冲压成形的工艺特点,介绍了其工位排样设计和模具结构设计,以及凸、凹模等主要零件的加工工艺。实践证明,模具结构合理可靠,加工质量好,生产效率高。对类似零件的冲压级进模设计有参考价值。
The technical process characteristics of stamping process for connector terminal have been analyzed in the text. The position layout design and key design of die structure for stamping this part have been introduced, as well as the technical process of main parts such as male and female die. It is proved in practice that the die with explicit, clear, and reliable structure can make good product quality and high productivity, which provides reference to the design of progressive die about this kind of parts.
