分析了电机定转子的工艺特点,介绍了零件的排样设计方案、模具结构和模具主要零件设计要点。电机定转子级进模已经试模成功,质量良好,并已正式投入生产。
The technological property of motor stator and rotor has been analyzed. The lay,rot design scheme of the components and die structure have been introduced, as well as de important points on designing main components of the die. The progressive die for the motor stator and rotor has been developed successfully with good quality, which has been applied in the production.
