摘要
分析了壳体零件的基本结构,比较了其不同成形方法。用冷挤压加工零件可以提高生产效率,降低产品成本。通过计算机模拟,确定了壳体零件的合理参数、挤压变形量和模具结构。得到了满足精度要求的壳体零件产品,实现了预期目标。
This complex housing is the key part of a certain product.The basic structure and different forming methods have been introduced.By adopting cold-extrusion method, the production efficiency can be increased and the cost can be reduced. With the help of the computer analogue, proper data, proper extruding anamorphic quantity and the logical die structure, the required precision and the prospective aim of the production have been achieved.
