摘要
汽车车顶件是大型车身外覆盖件,在制造过程中经过拉深→切边→翻边→整形等多道工序后,天窗圆角区域极易出现面畸变缺陷,成为生产制造中的难题。通过数值仿真计算某车型车顶件全工序成形过程,分析了天窗圆角面畸变发生的主要工序。通过调整天窗形状设计参数及翻边靠模圆角半径,研究这些参数对天窗区域面畸变缺陷的影响,最终达到指导设计和生产的目的。研究结果表明,采用测量关键截面曲率变化的方法能有效识别发生面畸变的区域。通过对目标零件的分析表明,翻边工序对天窗圆角面畸变影响最严重;增加天窗圆角尺寸,面畸变程度减轻;适当增加靠模圆角半径能减轻面畸变。
The sunroof is a large part that must go through deep drawing,cutting,flanging and reshaping during production.Surface low is the main quality defect of the corner area on the sunroof and hard to be avoided.In this paper,all processes of a sunroof were studied by simulation to find out the key production step affecting the surface low in corner areas.For the purpose of guiding product design and production,factors affecting surface low were investigated by varying the shape of the product and radius of flange die.Based on the discussion in this paper,the method of change detecting of the key section curvature is the useful way to recognize the surface low.Through analyzing the simulation result,it is found that flanging is the key process that affects most heavily on surface low defect of the sunroof corner.Surface low defect decreases with the increasing of the sunroof corner radius and flange corner radius.
