摘要
阐述了学习共同体的内涵,分析其构建的必要性,提出学习共同体的构建策略,如转变传统的教育教学理念,尊重学生个性的发展,促进教师个人的专业发展,课程考核评价形式的多样化,建立相互学习的新型师生关系。以期为学习共同体模式更好地构建和实施,以此提高学生综合能力,为其提供可借鉴的理论基础。
This paper expounds the connotation of learning community, analyses the necessity of its construction, and puts forward the construction strategies of learning community, such as changing the traditional educational and teaching ideas, respecting the development of students’ personality, promoting the professional development of teachers, diversifying the forms of curriculum assessment and evaluation, and establishing a new teacher-student relationship for mutual learning, so as to better construct and develop the learning community model, improve students’ comprehensive ability, and provide theoretical basis for reference.
