摘要
城市微更新,关键在于“微”,指从城市一些比较微小的地方入手进行拆旧布新或修复的一种更新方式。通过给空间“做手术”,激活整个城市的活力。这种小而美的改造,为居民带来了“微幸福”,同时也体现了“以人为本”,实现居民美好生活共享的愿景。本文针对城市微更新存在的问题,结合浦南运河景观工程案例,从各方面阐述了城市微更新中应该注意的问题及更新手法。
The key to the so-called micro-renewal of the city is“micro”,which is a new way of updating the city from a small place to demolition,reconstruction and repair.By performing“small operations”on space,it activates an area and even the entire city.Through the small and beautiful transformation,it brings“slight happiness”to the resident,fully embodies“people-orientation”,and realizes the good sharing of residents’lives and the construction of urban quality.In this paper,based on the existing problems of urban micro-renewal and the case of Pu’nan Canal landscape project,the problems that should be paid attention to in urban micro-renewal and its updating techniques are described from all aspects.
