摘要
本文围绕城市中心地区社区更新中存在的触媒不足等问题,以跨学科视角提出基于“公有引力”的老旧小区有机更新路径,并建构立足于公共空间营造的社区更新实践方法。公共空间的“引力”存在于空间与人之间,与公共空间质量以及人们对公共空间的需求成正比,与空间可达性导致的距离成本成反比。研究在探索“公有引力”理论框架的基础上,对南京新街口淮海路片区的老旧小区更新提出具体规划构想,针对其公共空间缺乏、社区活力阻隔、文化特色消隐等现状困境,确定了“寻找潜在公共空间、构建社区公共系统、利用盘活公共节点,共建共享公共机制”4项措施,并通过创建共享的城市空间和多元的社区活动来激发社区活力、推进服务业态升级,带动多维度的社区改善升级。
This paper proposes an interdisciplinary approach to the organic regeneration of old neighborhoods based on the“gravity of the commons”,and a practical approach to community regeneration based on public space creation.The“gravitational force”of public space exists between space and people,directly proportional to the public space quality and people’s demand for public space while inversely proportional to the cost of distance due to accessibility of space.Based on the theoretical framework of“public gravity”,the study proposes a specific planning concept for the regeneration of the old district of Nanjing’s Xinjiekou Huaihai Road area.Our design proposal addresses the current predicament of the public space shortage,the blockage of community vitality and disappearing cultural characteristics.We specify four measures including identifying potential public space,constructing community public system,simulating public nodes,and creating a sharing and co-governance mechanism.Such measures collectively stimulate community vitality,promote service upgrade,and urban regeneration through shared urban spaces and diversified activities.
