摘要
通过对长沙市马益顺公馆群的更新改造与后续运营展开持续调研,窥探当今城市更新背景下历史建筑改造后的价值,分析评价马益顺公馆群活化后对周边区域空间和社会发展的影响与效应认知,并以此为切入点探索历史建筑改造推动社区微更新的策略与模式。
Based on a continuous research on the renovation and subsequent operation of the mansion group of Ma yishun in Changsha,the author explores the reconstruction and reuse of historic buildings in old city under the background of urban renewal,analyze and evaluate the influence of the activation and regeneration of Ma yishun mansion group on the surrounding regional space and social development,then explores the strategies and modes to promote the micro-renovation of communities through the transformation of historical buildings.
