摘要
以锡林郭勒地区的褐煤粉煤灰、煤矸石为主要原料,炉渣为骨料制备烧结透水砖.研究了原料配比、骨料粒径和掺量、成型压力、烧结制度等参数对透水砖抗压强度和透水性能的影响.结果表明,原料配比为m(粉煤灰):m(煤矸石):m(1~2 mm炉渣)=60:15:25,成型压力25 MPa,105~110℃温度下干燥,烧结温度1080℃、保温时间30 min条件下,制备的粉煤灰透水砖性能较优,其抗压强度为31.2 MPa、透水系数为1.12×10-2 cm/s.
The preparation of sintered permeable brick was studied by taking lignite fly ash and coal gangue in Xilingol area as main raw materials and slag as aggregate. The influence of raw material ratio, aggregate particle size and content, molding pressure ,sintering system and other parameters on the compressive strength and permeability of permeable brick was discussed and analyzed. The results show that the fly ash permeable brick prepared by the raw material ratio of fly ash:coal gangue coarse aggregate (particle size 1.00-2.00 mm)is 60:l5:25,forming pressure 25 MPa,drying at 105~ 110℃ tsintering temperature 1080℃. and holding time 30 min has better performance. Its compressive strength is 31.2 MPa and its permeability coefficient is 1.12xl0ν-2 cm/s.
