含环氧基和丙烯酰氧基有机硅增黏剂的制备及应用 被引量:2

摘要 以硅烷偶联剂为原料制备出3种加成型液体硅橡胶(ALSR)增黏剂,对比考察了这三种增黏剂对塑料及金属基材黏结效果和力学性能的影响。结果发现,含环氧基或含丙烯酰氧基的单一基团增黏剂对ALSR有一定的增黏作用,而由这两种基团制成的复合型增黏剂具有更加优良的黏结效果。三种增黏剂均可以促进ALSR的硫化,且在一定程度上提高了硫化胶的力学性能。当复合型增黏剂用量为0.8份(质量)时,硅橡胶与铝材之间的剥离强度及硫化胶的拉伸强度分别达到 4.3 kN/m 和 5.23 MPa,与未添加增黏剂的硅橡胶相比,剥离强度提高了约40倍。复合型增黏剂对ALSR的综合改善效果要优于单一极性基团增黏剂。 Three kinds of addition liquid silicone rubber (ALSR) tackifiers were synthesized with silane coupling agents as raw materials. The effects of tackifiers on the adhesion with plastic and metal substrates and mechanical properties of addition curable ALSR were compared and investigated. The results showed that the single group tackifier containing the epoxy group or acroleyl oxide group had a certain adhesion to the ALSR, while the composite tackifier containing these two groups had a better bonding effect. All three kinds of tackifiers could promote the vulcanization of ALSR and improve the mechanical properties of vulcanizates to a certain extent. When the amount of the composite tackifier was 0.8 phr(by mass), the peel strength between silicone rubber and aluminum material was 4.3 kN/m and the tensile strength of the vulcanizates was 5.23 MPa, while the peel strength was 40 times higher than that of the silicone rubber without tackifiers. The comprehensive improvement effect of composite tackifier on ALSR was better than that of single polar group tackifiers.
