摘要
对赤泥制备免烧砖的研究现状进行了系统的总结和评述,提出赤泥免烧砖存在以下问题:水泥用量在10-20%,成本较高;赤泥免烧砖存在不同程度的泛霜问题;赤泥免烧砖的放射性较高,限制了其应用范围。为从本质上解决赤泥的应用困境,笔者探讨了上述问题的解决途径,并给出以下建议:将赤泥进行脱碱除盐处理;将脱碱赤泥进行热激发并与重晶石粉、矿渣等一起进行机械活化;混料过程中通过加入激发剂激发赤泥本身的潜在活性等。
The research status of preparation of unburned brick using the red mud were summarized and reviewed. During the course the following problems were proposed: The amount of cement is usually 10%to 20% and the higher cement costs make the cost higher. The problems of efflorescence and the higher radioactivity exists in the red mud unburned brick, which limits its application. To solve the problems of the application of red mud, the author discussed the solution to the above problems and made the following comments: The red mud dealkalization desalination and then thermal excitation were carried on, mixed it with barite powder and slag. The mixture is mechanically activated. The potential activity of red mud itself is stimulated by the addition of an activator during compounding.
