烧结法和拜耳法赤泥的基本特性对比及利用价值研究 被引量:24

摘要 针对不同品种赤泥提出合理有效的综合利用手段,对郑州长城铝业有限公司的烧结法赤泥和拜耳法赤泥进行了组成、结构及活性分析等方面的研究,分析显示烧结法赤泥中钙和硅含量较高,而拜耳法赤泥中铝和碱含量高。从赤泥中稀土元素的赋存状态来看,其主要以铝土原矿物的形式存在。差热分析显示两者在加热过程均有铁不同价态的相互转化过程。从活性系数对比来看,两者的活性系数均大于90%,而拜耳法赤泥几乎达到100%。由此得出结论:烧结法赤泥需要调整其中组分,增加其活性,而拜耳法赤泥则需要降低其中的碱含量。若能结合其中稀土元素的分离,则赤泥可以变废为宝。 For finding effective comprehensive utilization red mud exacted from Zhengzhou Great Wall aluminium Co. method of red mud, the sintering red mud and Bayer LTD in China were researched on the composition, structure and active index. The result showed that calcium and silicon content was higher in the sintering red mud, and Bayer red mud had high aluminum and alkali content. The rare-earth elements in the red mud were existed as the original mineral existence. Differential thermal analysis showed that iron different valence mutual transformation were happened in heating process. As for the activity index of two kinds of red mud, both reached 90% (Bayer red mud almost reached 100 % ) . So the conclusion was that sintering red mud needed to adjust components to increase its activity before it was used as raw materials of cement, however, the Bay red mud needed to reduce the alkali content. If con- sidering the separation of the rare earth elements in red mud the prospect of the red mud used in the building material field must be very effectively.
