摘要
本文系统的分析了大型凸极变频同步电动机阻尼条故障原因及处理方法,针对大型同步电机的特点,要求修复时间短,处理可靠,结合宁钢近年来出现的几起同步电动机故障处理经验,对阻尼条断裂后探索了一种新型处理方法。
In this article the causes of the damper bar failure for the main drive salient pole synchronous motor systematically and present the corresponding solutions is analyzel. Short repair time and reliable repair is required for the main drive synchronous motor, engineers in Ningbo Iron and Steel dealt with several damper bar failures successfully and accumulated experience in recent years, therefore, explore an innovative way to tackle the damper bar break .
