摘要
飞来峡水电站的灯泡式水轮发电机部分磁极的第3根阻尼条出现了有规律性的熔断事故。为此,从设计角度对磁场及温度场进行理论计算。经综合分析,其根源是阻尼系统在设计上不太合理,阻尼条与其孔壁因振动而引起放电打火,由此产生局部高温,使导条、铁心强度下降,造成阻尼条在离心力的作用下冲破槽口进入气隙。最后,提出了改造磁极的方案。改造后的试验结果令人满意,各部件温度明显改善,发电机的运行情况良好。
The third damp bars of some magnetic poles on the bulb type hydrogenerators in Feilaixia Hydropower Station regularly broke. Based on the computation of magnetic field and temperature field from design theories, the problem is analyzed comprehensively. It is concluded that the reason lies in the irrational design of the damp system. Vibration-caused discharge ignition between damp bars and their hole-walls resulted in local high temperature and lowered the strength of bar-conductors and parts of iron cores, which in turn squeezed the distorted part of damp bars into air gaps from rabbets centrifugally. Proposals on the improvement of the poles are presented, and satisfactory results obtained after modification.
