摘要
本文旨在研制一种大型同步电机转子集电环在线带电修复及维护设备,它是一种包含在线带电磨削及除尘降温两项功能的设备系统。在生产实践中由于同步电机转子集电环因氧化膜极性效应致使集电环表面会导致磨损问题,通过本系统的研制实现了在不影响电机正常运转的情况下,使集电环重新恢复表面光洁度,同时通过引入除尘降温系统解决磨削时带来的粉尘增加以及集电环表面温升等问题。
This paper aims to develop an on-line repairing and maintenance equipment for a large synchronous motor rotor collector ring. It is a equipment system which includes two functions of on-line grinding and dedusting & cooling. In the production practice, the surface of the collector ring will cause wear problem due to the polar effect of the oxide film on the synchronous motor rotor ring. Through the development of this system, the collector ring will be restored to the surface smoothness without affecting the normal operation of the motor, and the grinding and cooling system is introduced to solve the problem of increased dust and temperature rise on the surface of the collector ring.
