摘要 文章叙述了固体声的工作原理及应用。利用固体声实时监控检测CBN砂轮磨削状态,做到砂轮空行程、防碰撞、在线磨削质量监控。利用固体声实现砂轮高效精密修整,并反馈修整质量图形。并结合生产,给出了常见质量异常图形,为持续高品质及自动化生产提供了宝贵经验。 This paper describes the working principle and application of solid acoustic emission. The grinding state of CBN grindwheel is always monitored by solid acoustic emission, and it can realize the function of grindwheel air travel, collision prevention and online grinding quality. The solid acoustic emission is used to achieve high efficiency and precision dressing of grindwheel, and feedback the quality graphics. Combined with the production, the common quality abnormal graphics are given, which provides valuable experience for continuous high quality and automatic production.
