摘要
针对黄埔发电厂2号发电机由转子一点接地发展至机组失磁的故障,根据转子大轴、滑环、碳刷架等设备的烧损状况以及转子一点接地保护和失磁保护的动作情况进行了故障原因分析,认为发电机失磁是因转子正极引线烧断拉弧引起的,而励磁调节器没有过励限制等保护功能是烧蚀现象一再扩大的原因之一。最后提出两点建议:当大型发电机转子一点接地保护动作后,应迅速判断接地性质并采取相应措施,以避免故障扩大;对功能不完善的老式励磁调节器应给予更换。
To analyze the causes of the excitation loss accident that happened after the rotor one-point-to-earth fault on Unit 2 generator in Huangpu Power Plant, the burning of the chief axis, slip ring and brush holders of the rotor as well as the operation of rotor one-point-to-earth fault protection and loss of field protection are investigated. It is concluded that the arc on the burned out positive wire of the rotor led to the loss of excitation, and the lack of over-excitation protection, etc. in the excitation regulator worsened the ablation. Two suggestions are presented:1) upon operation of the rotor one-point-to-earth fault protection for a large generator, the nature of the grounding should be promptly identified and effective measures taken to deal with the problem; 2) old excitation regulators with incomplete functions should be replaced.
