摘要
随着大数据和复杂系统技术的发展,人工智能在医疗、教育、物流等领域取得重大进展,特别是在信息处理、人类行为的分析预测以及机器人等领域,在不久的将来大量资金和精力都会注入到其研究与发展中。因此,必须投入更多的精力考虑人工智能领域市场集中趋势所带来的潜在风险,这一考虑势必需要国际人权领域的补充。人工智能技术发展中的人权保护问题不仅涉及传统的隐私和数据保护问题,还应考虑更广泛的人权影响。
With the development of big data and complex system technology, artificial intelligence has made significant progress in the fields of medical care, education, logistics, etc., especially in the fields of information processing, analysis and prediction of human behavior, and robotics, and a large amount of money and energy will be injected into its research and development in the near future. More attention must be paid to the potential risks posed by the centralization of the market in artificial intelligence, a consideration that will need to be supplemented by international human rights. Human rights protection in the development of artificial intelligence technology involves not only traditional privacy and data protection but also broader human rights impact.
