医学专业课教学中的健康人文与德育渗透 被引量:5

摘要 为实现高质量医药卫生人才培养,满足社会在技术与人文上的更高要求,医卫院校大多要求在专业课教学过程中顺势进行德育渗透,以着重加强医卫学生的人文素质教育。然而,作为德育渗透的内容参考,传统的医学人文正向“健康人文”理念发展、转变,因此,当前阶段,如何在专业课教学中理解并处理好健康人文和德育渗透的关系非常重要。在“羊水栓塞患者的护理”一节中,以“健康人文”理念指导教学设计、课堂教学环节中的德育渗透过程,收到了不错的效果。通过对该实践过程的总结、梳理与思考,认识到以下两点:首先,在当前医学人文向健康人文方向发展、更迭的新形势下,我国医卫院校专业课教学中的德育渗透在目的、内容及方式方法上需要进行适应性变化;其次,当前阶段,健康人文是医卫院校教学活动中德育渗透的理论指导,德育渗透是健康人文在医卫院校教学活动中的具体化表达。 In order to achieve high-quality medical and health personnel training and meet the higher requirements of society in terms of technology and humanities, medical and health colleges and universities mostly require moral education infiltration in the process of specialized courses teaching, so as to strengthen the humanistic quality education of medical and health students. However, as the content reference of moral education infiltration, traditional medical humanities are developing and transforming into the concept of "health humanities". Therefore, at the current stage, it is very important to understand and handle the relationship between health humanities and moral education infiltration in the teaching of specialized courses. In the section of "nursing of amniotic fluid embolism patients", the concept of "health and humanity" was used to guide the process of moral education in teaching design and classroom teaching, and good results were obtained. Through summarizing, combing and thinking about the practice process, the following two points are recognized: first of all, under the new situation of the current development and change of medical humanities to health humanities, the moral education infiltration in the professional course teaching in medical and health colleges and universities in China needs to be adapted in terms of purpose, content and method. Secondly, at the current stage, health humanities is the theoretical guidance of moral education infiltration, and moral education infiltration is the specific expression of health humanities, in the teaching activities of medical and health colleges.
