摘要
目的研究分析“3+2”助理全科医生培养模式的应用与效果。方法纳人该院2017年8月-2019年8月期间接受培训的助理全科医生78名为研究对象,采用双盲随机法分为研究组(39名)及对照组(39名),对照组开展“3+2”助理全科医生培养的传统培训,研究组在传统培训的基础上,开展理论与人文结合的教育方式,对培训效果进行比较。结果研究组助理全科医生出科理论成绩、临床思维及决策成绩均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组助理全科医生沟通水平、团队协作能力与人文关怀能力3个方面的专业素养评分均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“3+2”助理全科医生培养模式中开展理论与人文结合的教育方式,在提升培训效果方面应用价值突出。
Objective To study and analyze the application and effect of the"3+2"assistant general practitioner training model.Methods 78 assistant general practitioners who were trained in the hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were included as the research objects.They were divided into a study group(39 people)and a control group(39 people)by double-blind randomization method.The control group carried out the traditional training of"3+2"assistant general practitioner training.On the basis of traditional training,the research group carried out a combination of theory and humanities and compared the training effect.Results The academic performance,clinical thinking and decision-making performance of assistant general practitioners in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the assistant general practitioners in the research group had three aspects of the professional literacy scores:communication level,teamwork ability and humanistic care ability were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the"3+2"assistant general practitioner training model,the education method combining theory and humanities has outstanding application value in enhancing the training effect.
