摘要
围绕着《高等师范学校学生的教师职业技能训练大纲(试行)》中的教师专业素质进行了具体分析,以培养教师教学技能为导向,讨论了现阶段师范院校在师范生教学技能培养过程中面临的问题,并针对性探讨了相应的对策。
A detailed analysis of the professional qualities of teachers in the "Professional Skills Training Outline for Teachers of Higher Normal Schools (Trial)" was conducted to train teachers' teaching skills and to discuss the current training of teachers' teaching skills in normal colleges. The problems faced and the corresponding countermeasures were discussed.
