摘要
提升高职院校大学生创业者的创业能力是目前创业实践中亟待解决的问题。高职院校作为提升大学生学习能力和生活质量的重要场所,对大学生创业能力的培养产生重要影响。从社会认知学习理论的视角出发,力图揭示高职院校大学生创业效能感向创业能力转化过程的途径和机制,构建创业效能感、创业动机与创业能力之间作用关系的中介模型和创业氛围的调节模型。通过最小二乘法(Smart-PLS)测量技术对大学生创业者调查问卷的数据进行实证分析,研究结果表明,在创业效能感与创业能力关系中,高职院校大学生的创业动机发挥中介作用,高校创业氛围发挥调节作用。
How to improve the entrepreneurial ability of vocational college students is the urgent problem to be solved in the current business practice. As an important field to enhance vocational college students’ learning ability and quality of life, vocational colleges and universities play an important role in cultivating vocational college students’ entrepreneurial ability. Based on the theory of social cognitive learning, this paper tries to reveal the ways and mechanisms of vocational college students’ entrepreneurial efficiency to entrepreneurial ability transformation process, and construct a theoretical model of vocational college students’ entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurial motive, entrepreneurial atmosphere and entrepreneurial ability. The empirical results show that the relationship between entrepreneurial efficacy and entrepreneurial ability, the entrepreneurial motivation of vocational college students play a mediator role, and the entrepreneurial atmosphere of vocational colleges and universities play a moderating role in the empirical analysis of vocational college students’entrepreneur survey data by Smart-PLS.
