摘要
目的探讨构建基于互联网+技术的旅居康养模式。方法选取2018年5月—10月入住林海云天康养社区的138例旅居老年人为研究对象,分为实验组及对照组,以移动终端为载体,对实验组进行健康风险评估、疾病预警、高危人群生活方式干预、健康追踪、健康教育、养生及康复治疗等多方位服务,将互联网+技术、康复、养生、养老、旅居有机结合,实现对旅居人群全程远程健康监管,提高旅居人群生活质量;对照组以旅居居家养老为主。对比实验组及对照组两组老年人入住前后满意度,得出结论。结果实验组老年人入住后满意度评分较对照组优,旅居人群医疗监管水平及生活质量均得到显著提高。结论基于互联网+技术的旅居康养模式优于单纯旅居养老。
Objective To discuss constructing a new model of living in sojourn care based on internet plus technology. Methods 138 sojourn elderly residents living in Linhai Yuntian health-care communities from May to October 2018 were selected as subjects and divided into the experimental group and the control group. With the mobile terminal as the carrier, the experimental group was carried out multi-faceted services such as health risk assessment, disease warning, lifestyle intervention for high-risk groups, health tracking, health education, health care and rehabilitation, and implement the organic combination which includes Internet plus technology, rehabilitation, health care, pension, sojourn, to realize the remote health supervision of the whole population and improve the quality of life of the residents. The control group is mainly based on sojourn, staying home and pension. Compare the satisfaction of the elderly residents in the experimental group and the control group before and after the study, then reach a conclusion. Results The satisfaction score of the elderly in the experimental group was better than that of the control group. The medical supervision level and quality of life of the sojourn residents were significantly improved. Conclusion The Internet-based sojourn care technology is better than the simple living and pension system.
