摘要
目的:为提高医疗机构健康医疗大数据管理水平,在物联网的基础上利用相关数据挖掘与异构数据管理工具,研究大数据的最优应用方案。方法:采用Hadoop分布式文件系统(HDFS)工具,开发一套基于物联网的卫生机构健康医疗大数据信息管理系统,以患者身份信息识别,分析健康医疗大数据,实现健康管理情况追溯、基因检测疾病发生的风险等级评估、预警和处理;采用物联网应用程序(APP)手机平台问卷调查评价系统调查医务人员和患者满意度。结果:系统使用前后对比,患者健康管理建档率由原来的56%上升到91%,患者就诊满意度由原来的83%上升到95%,疾病预警与早筛检出率由原来的50%上升到75%。结论:患者健康管理、疾病治疗可以快速选择不同的精准医疗处置方案,24 h无缝连接数据共享,方便查阅病历和相关指南;逐步建立以患者基因数据为主的大数据资源库,为科研、临床及数据3个"高地"的工作联动奠定基础。
Objective: To enhance the management level of medical big data of health of medical organization, and explore and use data management tool of different department by using relevant data based on internet of things(IOT), and research the optimal application plan of big data. Methods: Hadoop distributed file system(HDFS) was adopted to develop an information management system of medical big data of health of health organization based on IOT. And this system could identify the individual information of patients, analyze medical big data of health, and achieve the traceability of health management, and realize assessment, early warning and processing for risk grade of diseases occurrence by genetic detection. App program of IOT, Mobile Phone Platform Questionnaire Assessment System, was adopted to investigate the satisfaction of medical staff and patients. Results: The results of comparison between pre and post using this system indicated that the filing rate of health management of patients increased from 56%(pre using this system) to 91%(post using this system), and the satisfaction level of patients increased from 83% to 95%. Besides, the relevance ratio of early warning and early screening of disease increased from 50% to 75%. Conclusion: The health management and disease treatment of patients can quickly select different precise medical treatment plans and data sharing of 24 hours seamless connection, and it can contribute to look up medical records and related guidelines. To gradually establish a big data resource base with patients’ genetic data can lay a solid foundation for the combination and interaction among scientific research, clinical practice and data work.
