摘要
基于无创呼吸机的功能结构,根据相关检测技术规范和行业标准,参考设备的外观、附件、报警、气道压力、通气频率和氧气浓度6个方面的质量控制检测方法和内容,制订医院内无创呼吸机质量控制检测工作表。通过对医院在用的33台无创呼吸机进行质量控制检测,总结归纳无创呼吸机功能上的问题隐患,分析检测不合格的原因,提出改进措施,保障无创呼吸机在临床使用中的安全性和有效性。
Based on the functional structure of non-invasive ventilator,according to relevant testing technical specifications and industry standards,and with reference to the quality control and testing methods and contents of appearance,accessories,alarm,airway pressure,ventilation frequency and oxygen concentration,the quality control and testing worksheet of hospital non-invasive ventilator was formulated.Through quality control and testing of 33non-invasive ventilators in clinical use in the hospital,the function problems and hidden troubles of non-invasive ventilators were summarized and the causes of unqualified test were analyzed,and improvement measures were put forward to ensure the safety and effectiveness of non-invasive ventilators in clinical use.
