摘要
为了提升老年人旅居养老的体验,应用大五人格理论与协作i互助理念,探究旅居养老的服务系统。采用问卷调查、深度访谈以及Censydam模型来了解用户需求,通过用户旅程图确定服务痛点,完善旅居养老机构协作互助服务模式。旅居养老协作模式不仅能满足老年人的生理需求,也能帮助老年人在集体活动与小组互助中实现情感的满足。融合大五人格理论与用户协作互助的理念,搭建老年旅居养老服务系统,组织老年用户旅居活动,改善老年用户旅居养老体验。
In order to improve the experience of elderly sojourn living,the Five-Factor Model and the concept of cooperation and mutual assistance are applied to explore the service system of elderly sojourn living.Use questionnaire surveys,in-depth interviews and Censydiam models to understand user needs,determine service pain points through user journey maps,and improve the collaborative and mutual assistance service model of residential care institutions.The cooperative mode of living for the elderly can not only meet the physiological needs of the elderly,but also help the elderly achieve emotional satisfaction in collective activities and group mutual assistance.Integrate the Five-Factor Model with the concept of user cooperation and mutual assistance,build a service system for the elderly sojourn living,organize living activities for the elderly users,and improve the living and elderly experience of the elderly users.
