摘要
传统的PID控制原理简单,操作方便,但其适应能力及控制精度在时变非线性的温度控制系统中缺乏弹性,为此,提出一种基于单片机的模糊PID控制系统。在黄酒后酵温度控制系统中,将PID控制与模糊算法结合,实现PID参数的在线调整,在MATLAB中建立模型并利用Simulink进行仿真分析。结果表明该方法具有超调量较小及鲁棒稳定性好的特点。
The traditional PID control principle was simple and easy to operate,but its adaptability and control accuracy lacked the elastic control effect in the time-varying non-linear temperature control system. Therefore,this paper presented a kind of fuzzy PID control system based on single chip computer. In the rice wine fermentation temperature control system,the PID control and the fuzzy algorithm were combined to realize the online adjustment of the PID parameters. The model was established in MATLAB and simulated by Simulink. The results showed that the method had the characteristics of small overshoot and good robust stability.
