摘要
以L-酪氨酸为底物,采用分光光度法研究山桐子油对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制作用,探讨山桐子油的美白效果。实验结果表明,在一定质量浓度范围内,随着质量浓度的增加,山桐子油对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制率增加,当达到8.0g/L时,抑制率高达67.6%,其效果比α-熊果苷低,与维生素C乙基醚相当,具有显著的美白作用。比较研究山桐子油与亚油酸以及亚油酸含量不同的几种植物油脂对酪氨酸酶的抑制作用,结果表明,山桐子油对酪氨酸酶的抑制与其高亚油酸含量有关,但油脂中其他次生物质对酪氨酸酶也可能存在一定的抑制作用。
Using L-tyrosine as substrate,the inhibitory efficiency of idesia polycarpa oil on tyrosinase activity was studied by spectrophotometry in this paper,and the whitening effect of idesia polycarpa oil was discussed.The experimental results show that within a mass concentration range,the inhibition rate of idesia polycarpa oil on tyrosinase activity increases with the increase of mass concentration.When the mass concentration of idesia polycarpa oil reaches 8.0 g/L the inhibition rate is as high as 67.6%.Its effect is lower than α-arbutin,which is equivalent to VC ethyl ether.So it has obvious whitening effect.Compared with linoleic acid and several kinds of vegetable oils with different linoleic acid contents,the results show that the inhibition of idesia polycarpa oil on tyrosinase is related to its high linoleic acid content,but other secondary substances in the oils may also have certain inhibition on tyrosinase.
