摘要
对几种美白剂抑制酪氨酸酶活性的作用进行测定。以L-酪氨酸为底物,测定一定质量分数下的美白剂对酪氨酸酶活性具有良好的抑制效果;选用α-熊果苷测定实验方法的重现性与精密度,相对标准偏差分别为1.3%与0.96%;几种美白剂对酪氨酸酶活性具有抑制效果,抑制作用为可逆抑制,抑制类型为非竞争性抑制。
The effects of several whitening agents on inhibiting tyrosinase activity were studied.With the use of L-tyrosine as substrate for determination,a certain concentration of whitening agent showed good inhibition effect on the activity of tyrosinase.α-Arbutin was used to estimate the reproducibility and precision of experimental methods,where RSD were 1.3% and 0.96%.The results showed that these whitening agents could inhibit tyrosinase activity.It was reversible inhibition and the type was noncompetitive inhibition.
