摘要
目的比较熊果苷、VitC、VitC衍生物、氢醌和曲酸对小鼠恶性黑色素瘤细胞(B 16细胞)中的酪氨酸酶活性及酪氨酸酶对照品的抑制情况,并检测它们对细胞的毒性,以期为皮肤美白剂的开发提供有价值的参考。方法采用左旋多巴氧化法测定酪氨酸酶的活性,测定细胞上清液中乳酸脱氢酶的含量。结果细胞中酪氨酸酶的活性与药物浓度和药物作用时间成反比,有量效关系。结论在5种美白剂中。
PurposeArbutin,VitC,VitC-ramification,hydroquinone and kojic acid were investigated in vitro for the action on tyrosinase activity in cultured B-16 murine melanoma cells and their toxicity on cells. They also reacted with standard tyrosinase. It would provide valuable reference to develop the skin whiteningproducts.MethodsTyrosinase activity in B-16 cell was determined by L-DOPA oxidization. Judging toxicity of these drugs on cell through determining the release of lactate dehydrogenase.ResultsTyrosinase activityshowed inverse proportion with drug concentration and cultured time in dose-dependent manner.ConclusionAmong those drugs arbutin was safer and more effective.
