摘要
运动健身类APP具有便捷性、专业性、科学性和互动性等使用特性,能够拓展体育健康知识获取的途径,激发大学生参与体育运动的主动性,促进高校体育教学方法与模式的创新。高校体育教学在运动健身类APP应用方面,未能充分利用APP的功能,忽视了线上线下活动的协同性,影响了学生体育课程教学的参与度。为了提高运动健身类APP 在高校体育教学中的应用效果,高校可以采取以下策略:打造体育服务平台,提高教师教学素养,激发学生使用兴趣,丰富线上线下活动。
Sports fitness apps are convenient,professional,scientific and interactive,which can expand the access to sports health knowledge,stimulate the initiative of college students to participate in sports,and promote the innovation of college sports teaching methods and modes. In terms of the application of sports and fitness apps,college physical education fails to make full use of the functions of apps and neglects the synergy of online and offline activities,thus affecting the participation of students in physical education courses.In order to improve the application effect of fitness apps in college physical education,colleges and universities can adopt the following strategies:build a sports service platform,improve teachers’ teaching quality,stimulate students’ interest in using,and enrich online and offline activities.
