摘要
目的观察研究白内障超声乳化对角膜内皮的影响。方法选取2017年12月-2018年12月在我院行白内障超声乳化治疗的患者80例作为研究对象。观察所有患者手术前后角膜内皮细胞损伤程度、密度、修复特点等。结果术后角膜水肿为1级、2级、3级、4级的患者角膜上皮细胞密度均低于术前,同时角膜上、中、下内皮细胞密度均低于术前,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05);术后角膜内皮细胞中六边形细胞比例低于手术前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着水肿等级升高,水肿消退时间越长,术后1周细胞直径最高,而后逐渐降低,而细胞密度术后1周最低,然后升高,术后3个月细胞密度和细胞直径基本恢复到术前水平。结论白内障超声乳化会损伤角膜内皮,出现不同程度的角膜水肿,术后3个月基本恢复正常。
Objective To observe the effect of phaco emulsification on corneal endothelium. Methods 8 0 patients who underwent phacoemulsification in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects. The degree, density and repair characteristics of corneal endothelial cells were observed before and after operation. Results The corneal epithelial cell density of patients with corneal edema of grade 1, 2, 3 and 4 after operation was lower than that before operation, and the density of endothelial cells of upper, middle and lower corneas was lower than that before operation, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The percentage of hexagonal cells in corneal endothelial cells after surgery was lower than that before surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). With the increase of edema grade, the longer the edema subsided, the cell diameter was the highest one week after operation, and then gradually decreased, while the cell density was the lowest one week after operation, and then increased. The cell density and cell diameter basically restored to the preoperative level three months after operation. Conclusion Phacoemulsification can damage the corneal endothelium, and there are different degrees of corneal edema. It basically returns to normal after 3 months.
