摘要 内分泌是一门理论与实践并重的课程,强调教与学的有效创设,是构建高效教学的重要基础。传统单一、僵化的教学模式,难以适应新时期的教学要求。以创新构建为导向,优化教学方法、创新教学理念,是新时期内分泌教学改革的重要方向,也是促进有效教学创设的重要基础。在内分泌教学中构建翻转课堂,是对传统课堂教学的优化与调整,也是促进开放式多元化教学生成的重要手段。本文立足内分泌教学现状,基于翻转课的理论学习,从课前自主教学的创设、课中互动式课堂教学的生成两个方面,具体阐述了翻转课堂在内分泌教学中的构建策略,推动教学改革发展。 Endocrinology is a course that emphasizes both theory and practice. Emphasizing the effective creation of teaching and learning is an important basis for building efficient teaching. The traditional single and rigid teaching mode is difficult to adapt to the teaching requirements of the new era. Oriented by innovation and construction, optimizing teaching methods and innovating teaching concepts are the important direction of endocrine teaching reform in the new era, and also the important basis for promoting effective teaching creation. The construction of flip classroom in endocrine teaching is not only an optimization and adjustment of traditional classroom teaching, but also an important means to promote the generation of open and diversified teaching. Based on the current situation of endocrine teaching and the theoretical study of flip course, this paper elaborates on the construction strategy of flip classroom in endocrine teaching from two aspects: the creation of independent teaching before class and the generation of interactive classroom teaching in class, so as to promote the development of teaching reform.
