摘要
住院医师规范化培训(简称住培),是临床医师培养的重要环节。住培医师的临床教学任务重,责任大,培训时间有限,需要在规定时间内完成大量的教学任务,因此必须进一步提升教学质量以保证住培医师的培训效果,为临床医学领域培养专业技术过硬、医德良好的高素质临床医师。但是,当前住院医师规范化培训教习积极性较差,亟待进一步优化改进教学模式与效果。为此,在住培医师教育培养中逐渐开始应用新兴的教学方式方法,如以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)等。近年来,虚拟情景化临床思维诊疗教学软件的应用逐渐增多,逐渐形成了虚拟模拟诊疗模式等新兴教学模式,各类新型教学方法有效提升了教学效果,但是仍有必要进一步优化教学模式。为此,住培医师培训中开始探索多种教学法相结合的教学手段,其中虚拟模拟诊疗与PBL教学法的应用逐渐增多,但具体教学方法、效果及优势尚不明确,有待进一步分析。为此研究对虚拟模拟诊疗与PBL教学法进行了具体分析,并归纳了两者联合应用于住院医师规范化培训的优势,并总结了联合教学模式的应用对策。
Standardized training for resident physicians(referred to as residential training)is an important part of the training of clinicians.The clinical teaching task of resident training doctors is heavy,the responsibility is large,and the training time is limited,so many teaching tasks need to be completed within the specified time.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the teaching quality to ensure the training effect of resident training doctors,and to cultivate high-quality clinicians with excellent professional skills and good medical ethics in the field of clinical medicine.However,the enthusiasm for standardized training and teaching of current residents is relatively poor,and it is urgent to further optimize and improve the teaching mode and effect.Therefore,new teaching methods,such as problem-based learning(PBL),have been gradually applied in the education and training of resident physicians.In recent years,the application of virtual situational clinical thinking diagnosis and treatment teaching software is gradually increasing,emerging teaching modes such as virtual simulation diagnosis and treatment models have gradually formed.Various new teaching methods have effectively improved the teaching effect,but there is still a need to further optimize the teaching mode.For this reason,in the training of resident doctors,we began to explore teaching methods that combine multiple teaching modes.Among them,the application of virtual simulation diagnosis and treatment and PBL teaching mode is gradually increasing,but the specific teaching methods,effects and advantages are still unclear,and further analysis is needed.For this reason,this study conducted a specific analysis of virtual simulation diagnosis and treatment and PBL teaching mode and summarized the advantages of the combination of the two in the standardized training of residents,and summarized the application countermeasures of the joint teaching mode.
