摘要
本文阐述“三线一单”内涵、定位、编制背景和编制过程。结合技术指南对各环节工作任务及技术要点作一简要分析。为今后“三线一单”工作提供技术支撑。
This paper expounds the connotation, orientation, background and compilation process of "three-line and one-sheet", and finally makes a brief analysis of the tasks and technical points of each link in combination with the technical guide, so as to provide technical support for the future work of "three-line and one-sheet".
