摘要
“三线一单”是深化生态文明体制改革的一项创新性工作,是推进生态环境空间管控精细化的重要手段。通过梳理部分城市“三线一单”编制工作的亮点,本文结合南京相关工作特点,提出更新完善“三线一单”成果和促进成果应用的建议。
"Three lines and one list"is an innovative work to deepen the reform of the ecological civilization system,and an important means to promote the refinement of ecological environment space management and control.By sorting out the highlights of the"three lines and one list"compilation work in some cities,this paper puts forward suggestions for updating and improving the"three lines and one order"results and promoting the application of the results based on the characteristics of relevant work in Nanjing.
