摘要
本文从概念、调查现状、影响因素及干预措施4个方面总结和分析新护士转型冲击的研究进展,为医院管理者稳定护理队伍,实施具有针对性、个性化的教育和管理提供依据。
The article systematically collected and combed the periodical literature about the new nurses'transition shock;summarized and analyzed the research progress of the transition shock from the perspective of summary,investigation status,influencing factors and intervention.It is aimed to provide basis for stabilizing the nursing team,carring out the implementation of the reform for hospital managers and improving hospital nursing quality by individualized education and management.
