含硫气相物料中的总硫含量是化工装置工艺控制的重要指标,是影响生产装置稳定、安全运行的关键参数,对其进行在线分析尤为重要。火焰光度法总硫在线分析具有测量准确、灵敏度高等优点,介绍了其测量原理、构成,并以实例阐述了分析系统的设计方案和应用情况。
Total sulfur content in sulfur-containing gaseous streams is a key parameter for process control of the chemical plant, and is a key parameter which may impact the stable and safe operation of the process plant, hence its online analysis is crucial. The flame photometry total sulfur online analyzer features measurement precision and high sensitivity. Its measurement principle and construction are outlined, and the design scheme and application of the analysis system with an actual example are highlighted.
