摘要
由于煤气化装置的工况复杂恶劣,其在线分析仪表的设计及应用一直是个难题,结合实际工程,通过对水煤浆气化装置中在线分析仪表的设计及分析系统,包括取样装置、取样传输、样品预处理装置、尾气排放的介绍,论述在线分析仪表在水煤浆气化装置中的应用。
Bad due to the complexity of the operation condition of the coal gasification unit,the design and applica- tion of the online analytical instrument has always been a difficult problem,combined with our actual project,by means of coal water slurry gasification unit in the online analytical instrument design and analysis system,including the sampling transmission device,sampling,sample pretreatment device,exhaust emission,discusses online analysis in- strument application in coal water slurry gasification plant.
