摘要
目的:观察清解防感颗粒预防甲型H1N1流感的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选取甲型H1N1流感密切接触者或易感人群200例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。观察组在甲型H1N1流感流行期间连服3d清解防感颗粒,对照组不服用任何药。对比分析30d内两组研究对象的流感染病率,并观察是否有不良反应发生。结果:经过预防给药,观察组共有9例感染甲型H1N1流感,总染病率为9%;对照组共有23例感染甲型H1N1流感,总染病率23%,表明两组疗效差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组23例的淋巴百分率明显高于观察组9例(P<0.01);对照组23例其发热症状、鼻塞症状及肌肉酸痛症状积分明显高于观察组9例(P<0.05)。在试验期间未发现有任何不良事件的发生。结论:清解防感颗粒具有清热解毒,健脾益气,养阴扶正之功,可提高人体正气,抵御外邪入侵,在流感流行期间服用本品能够有效预防甲型H1N1流感的感染,发挥中医药未病先防的作用。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Qingjie Fanggan granules in preventing influenza A(H1N1).Methods:200 patients of close contact with H1N1 influenza A or susceptible population were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,and 100 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Qingjie Fanggan granules for 3 days during the influenza A(H1N1)epidemic,and the control group did not take any medicine.The flow infection rates of the two groups of subjects were compared within 30 days,and we observed if any adverse reactions occur.Results:After preventive administration,a total of 9 people in the experimental group were infected with influenza A(H1N1),with a total infection rate of 9%,while a total of 23 people in the control group were infected with influenza A(H1N1),with a total infection rate was 23%,indicating that there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01),In the control group,the L%of 23 cases were significantly higher than the test group(P<0.01);23 cases of the control group had fever,nasal congestion and muscle soreness scores significantly higher than 9 cases of the test group(P<0.05),and no adverse events were found during the trial.Conclusion:Taking Qingjie Fanggan granules during the influenza epidemic can effectively prevent the infection of Influenza A(H1N1).
