新世纪我国高职教育教师政策演变、特点及趋势 被引量:3

摘要 高职教师队伍建设是高职教育发展中的关键因素,梳理新世纪以来高职教师政策文本发现,高职教师政策的发展经历了政策的萌发与规制阶段、规制与自觉阶段和引导与自主阶段;其发展特点表现为:高职教师队伍建设由中央到地方、由政府到院校、由单一化到多元化、由双师型向复合型转变的发展方向;未来走向体现为:尊师重教的氛围更加突显,教师评价制度更加完善,教师的国际化水平更需深入和信息化水平更需提升。 The construction of teaching staff is the key factor in the development of higher vocational education.The paper reviews the policies for teachers in higher vocational education since the new century and finds that the development of the policies for vocational education teachers have gone through the policy germination and regulation stage,the regulation and consciousness stage,and the guidance and autonomy stage,which has the following characteristics:the construction of vocational college teachers has changed from unitary to pluralistic roles,from double-titled type to compound type.The author of the paper predicts that the development direction of teachers'policy in higher vocational education in the future is that the atmosphere of respecting teachers and emphasizing education is more prominent;the teacher evaluation system is more perfect;the internationalization level of teachers is more deepened and the level of informatization is more improved.
