摘要 目的探讨Mini-CEX在呼吸内科临床教学中的应用价值。方法将2016年7月至2017年6月在呼吸内科临床实习的48名学生随机分为两组。对照组采用传统的教学方法,实验组在传统教学方法的基础上采用日常Mini-CEX测评。入科和出科时两组均接受Mini-CEX测评,比较两组间得分的差异。结果入科时两组各项指标得分为4~6分,组间差异无统计学意义;出科考核中实验组全部7项指标均值>7分,对照组在问诊技能、人文关怀、沟通技能、组织效能均值<7分,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组和对照组对Mini-CEX考核的满意率分别为95.8%和87.5%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Mini-CEX具有教学和考核的双重作用,以考促学能有效激发学生的学习积极性,提高教学质量。 Objective: To explore the application value of Mini-CEX in clinical teaching of respiratory medicine. Method: 48 students who had clinical practice in respiratory medicine from July,2016 to June,2017 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group used the traditional teaching method,and the experimental group used the daily Mini-CEX test on the basis of the traditional teaching method.Both groups were evaluated by Mini-CEX at admission and dismissing,and the differences in scores between the two groups were compared. Result: The scores of each index in the two groups were 4~6 when enrolled,and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant.In the dismissing examination,the mean value of all 7 indicators in the experimental group was more than 7 points,while the mean value of all 7 indicators in the control group was less than 7 points in consultation skills,humanistic care,communication skills,and organizational effectiveness.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P <0.05).The satisfaction rates of Mini-CEX assessment in the experimental group and the control group were 95.8% and 87.5%,respectively,and the differences between the two groups were not statistically significant ( P >0.05). Conclusion: Mini-CEX plays a dual role of teaching and assessment.Promoting learning through examination can effectively stimulate students’ learning enthusiasm and improve teaching quality.
