摘要
采用实验室检测和野外调查相结合方式,对板栗1年生嫁接苗生长发育动态、生理指标以及光能利用效率等内容进行研究,研究结论表明:板栗1年生嫁接苗地径和树高生长趋势均呈单"S"曲线变化,其中邵阳城步和常德石门板栗品种幼苗生长量,叶片蛋白质含量和叶绿素含量表现突出;邵阳城步板栗品种地径递增量为1.57cm,树高递增量为144.87cm,叶片蛋白质含量保持在6.42%,叶绿素含量为17.68g·L^-1;常德石门板栗品种地径递增量为1.46cm,树高递增量为142.07cm,叶片蛋白质含量维持在4.64%,叶绿素含量为21.92g·L^-1,说明邵阳城步和常德石门板栗品种幼苗生命活动较为旺盛。依据硝酸还原酶活性大小变化,岳阳临湘晚熟,岳阳临湘早熟和常德石门品种抗逆性较强,而邵阳城步品种抗逆性相对较弱。
The growth and development dynamics, physiological indexes and utilization of light energy of one-year-old grafted chestnut varieties seedlings were studied by means of laboratory operation and field investigation.The results showed that the growth trend of ground diameter and tree height of one-year-old grafted chestnut seedlings showed a single " S " curve.There is obvious advantage in protein content and chlorophyll content of leaves if seedling growth of chestnut varieties in Chengbu County of Shaoyang City and Shimen County of Changde City.The chestnut varieties in Chengbu County of Shaoyang City increased ground diameter by 1.57 cm, tree height by 144.87 cm, leaf protein content by 6.42%, chlorophyll content by 17.68 g·L^-1 .The chestnut varieties in Shimen County of Changde City increased ground diameter by 1.46 cm, tree height by 142.07 cm, leaf protein content by 4.64%, chlorophyll content by 21.92 g·L^-1 .It showed that the seedlings of all chestnut varieties of two counties had more vigorous life activities.According to the changes of nitrate reductase activity, the chestnut varieties of Linxiang County of Yueyang City is late maturity.The chestnut varieties of Linxiang County of Yueyang City early maturity and Shimen County of Changde City had stronger stress resistance, while chestnut varieties of Chengbu County of Shaoyang City had weaker stress resistance.
