摘要
本章采用乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷与丙烯酸类单体为原料,通过自由基聚合反应合成了有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂,采用红外光谱对获得的树脂进行了结构表征。并将纳米二氧化硅添加到有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂中,喷涂到Q325碳钢表面,通过对静态水接触角和附着力的测定,考察了丙烯酸单体、环氧树脂、纳米二氧化硅的添加量对涂膜性能的影响,并通过正交试验对合成工艺进行了优化。
The silicone modified acrylic resin was prepared with free radical polymerization reaction using vinyl trimethoxysilane and acrylic monomer as raw materials.The structure of the composite coating was characterized using FI-IR spectrum.Nano SiO 2 particle were added into this silicone modified acrylic resin and then sprayed onto Q235 mild steel surface.The effect of dosage of acrylic acid,nano-SiO 2 particles and epoxy resin on the property of the composite coatings was studied with measuring the static contact angle and adhesion.The optimal technological condition was found out with orthogonal experiments.
